    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the operational matters of properties
    • Ensure proper maintenance of the building facilities and maintenance services
    • Plan and implement building maintenance works
    • Manage and handle security, cleaning, waste disposal, landscape maintenance and pest control
    • Rectify breakdowns and take preventive measures
    • Manage and supervise term contractors
    • Co-ordinate and review tenants’ fitting out work plans
